摘要
围绕"高等学校新农村发展研究院建设计划"和"卓越农林人才教育培养计划"这一背景,以南京农业大学新农村服务基地开展复合应用型农业人才培养的实践为依据,总结了基地建设、制度保障、校地企合作、教师激励和教学方式改革等有效措施,并分析了当前新农村服务基地参与人才培养实践中存在着顶层设计不够、平台不足、师资匮乏以及培养方案实践导向不明显等方面的主要问题。从顶层设计、基地准入、经费支持、多方协调、资源宣传利用等方面提出了加强依托新农村服务基地开展复合应用型农业人才培养的对策建议。
This article based on " the construction plan of the new rural development institute of universities" and " the excellent agricultural and forestry talents education and training program". According to the practice of the compound applied agricultural talents' training developed by the new rural service stations of Nanjing Agricultural university,this paper summarized some effective measures such as station construction,system guarantee,school-enterprise cooperation,teachers incentives and teaching methods reform. The paper also analyzed the main problems of the new rural service stations in the practice of talents training,such as the lack of platforms and teachers,and vague practice orientation of training program. From the aspects of station access,financial support,multiparty coordination and resource publicity and utilization,the paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the training of compound applied agricultural talents.
