摘要
为了提高中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金的实施效益,进一步提高高校的自主创新能力和高层次人才培养能力,文章以中南财经政法大学为例,分析中央高校基本科研业务费运行现状和实施成效,并探讨实施过程中的问题,提出当前切实可行的中央高校基本科研业务费管理模式的对策建议,为我国中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金的有效使用提供经验及启示。
