摘要
核电站蒸汽发生器传热管数量众多,在涡流检测过程中靠人工核对探头位置耗时长,效率低,对涡流采集人员经验、技术要求较高。因此,采用基于机器视觉的识别定位技术,开发了一套独立于当前涡流系统的机器视觉辅助定位系统。该系统在检测过程中能够实时监控,帮助采集人员核对当前探头位置。经过实验室的长时间测试以及现场使用,该系统的应用效果良好,准确性及稳定性高,能够满足现场使用需求,减轻了现场涡流采集人员的工作量,提高了传热管涡流检测的效率和可靠性。
Due to the large number of heat transfer tubes, manually checking the position of the probe during the inspection process takes a long time. CITEC has developed a machine vision positioning system. The system can monitor in real time during the inspection process and help to check the current position. The system has been tested in the laboratory for a long time and also has been used on site. It has good results, high accuracy and stability. It can meet the needs of on-site use, and improve the efficiency and reliability of eddy current inspection of heat transfer tubes.
