摘要
目的:观察柴胡疏肝散配合针刺治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选取80例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组采用吗丁啉治疗,研究组采用柴胡疏肝散配合针刺治疗。治疗后观察2组症状体征的改善情况,统计总有效率及复发率。结果:治疗前,2组食后腹胀、上腹痛、精神疲乏、大便不爽等8项症状评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组8项症状评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组8项症状评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率95.0%,对照组治疗总有效率77.5%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。随访4月,研究组复发率10.5%(2/38),低于对照组的29.0%(9/31),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散配合针刺治疗功能性消化不良,可有效缓解患者食后腹胀、上腹痛、精神疲乏等症状,减少复发,治疗效果优于吗丁啉。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with acupuncture for functional dyspepsia. Methods： Selected 80 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia as study subjects and divided them into the control group and the study group randomly, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given domperidone for treatment, while the study group was given Chaihu Shugan powder combined with acupuncture. Observed the improvement of symptoms and signs in the two groups, and detected the total effective rate and recurrence rate. Results： Before treatment, there were no significant differences being found in the comparisons of eight symptom scores of postprandial abdominal distension, epigastric pain, mental fatigue and discomforting evacuation in the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the scores of the eight symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, differences being significant （P 〈 0.05）. The scores of the eight symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group, difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate was 95.0% in the study group and 77.5% in the control group, difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. After 4 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate was 10.5%（2/38） in the observation group, being lower than that of 29.0%（9/31） in the control group, difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Chaihu Shugan powder combined with acupuncture for functional dyspepsia can effectively alleviate symptoms of patients such as postprandial abdominal distension, epigastric pain and mental fatigue and reduce the recurrence. Its curative effect is better than that of domperidone.
