摘要
生物质流化床锅炉床料工艺流程由冷却后筛分回用,技术改造为床料在热态进行筛分回用,回用的床料改造前入炉温度30℃,改造后600℃,年节约生物质燃料487.52 t,减少操作人员8人,增加效益70.27万元,减轻环境粉尘与热污染。文章简要分析了生物质流化床燃烧过程、燃烧条件以及一些调整方法,为了更好的节约燃料,提升燃烧的效率,本公司对工艺流程作出了改进,取得了可观的成果。
Biomass fluidized bed boiler bed material process by sieving reuse after cooling, technical transformation for the bed material screening in hot recycling, reuse of bed material charging temperature of 300 c before modification, and modification after 6000 c, biomass fuel saving 487.52 tons, reduce operating personnel 8 people, increase the benefit of 702700 yuan, reduce environmental dust and heat pollution. This paper briefly analyzes the biomass fluidized bed combustion process, combustion conditions and some adjustment methods. In order to save fuel and improve combustion efficiency, the company has improved the technological process and achieved considerable results.
