摘要 湿式烟气脱硫是目前燃煤锅炉应用最为广泛的一种脱硫工艺,但脱硫处理后的烟气被增湿冷却,含湿量较高,烟温较低,排放入环境后烟气水蒸气凝结出现冒"白烟"现象,且携带烟气中可溶性盐、硫酸雾、有机物可凝结颗粒物的大量排放,严重影响环境质量,且在一定程度上也加剧了雾霾的形成。因此,选择一种合理有效的消除湿式脱硫有色烟羽的措施对现有燃煤锅炉电厂具有十分重要的意义。文中提出一种控制通过降低锅炉排烟温度,使脱硫后湿饱和低温烟气冷凝再加热的系统消除白烟系统,可同时实现烟气余热深度回收利用、冷凝水综合高效利用以及污染物深度减排的效果。 Wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) is one of the most widely used desulpburization processes in coal -fired boilers at present. But the flue gas after the desulfurization is humidified and cooled, the moisture content is high, and the gas temperature is low. The flue gas vapor condensation appears "white flue gas " after the discharge into the environment, and the soluble salt, sulphurie acid fog and organic matter in the flue gas can be condensed. The massive emissions of particulate matter seriously affect the quality of the environment and, to a certain extent, aggravate the formation of haze. Therefore, the selection of a reasonable and effective measures to eliminate the wet flue gas desulphurization plume is great significance to the existing coal - fired boiler power plant. In this paper, a system is proposed to eliminate the white flue gas system by reducing the flue gas temperature of the boiler and reheating the wet saturated low temperature flue gas after the desulphurization. The effect of the recovery and utilization of the residual heat of the flue gas, the comprehensive and efficient utilization of condensate and the depth of pollutant emission reduction can be realized at the same time.
