摘要
基于虚拟现实技术在虚拟环境中建立智能制造单元的数字化映射。以棒料型车铣复合类零件混流生产加工为目标,运用系统化设施布置规划(SLP)理论对制造单元在车间的布局进行了设计,利用三维建模工具建立了各个工位的三维模型,并建立了虚拟资源库,在智能制造平台软件中完成智能制造单元加工工艺流程的仿真和优化,为后期实际智能制造单元的建设提供指导。
Based on virtual reality technology,it builds a digital mapping for real-world intelligent manufacturing units in a computer virtual environment. Aiming at the mixed flow production and processing of bar type turning and milling composite parts,it applies the system layout layout( SLP) theory to design the layout of the manufacturing unit in the workshop,carries out three-dimensional modeling of each station module in virtual simulation software,completes the simulation and optimization of the manufacturing process flow of the manufacturing unit. The result shows that the unit realizes the guiding role for the construction of the later real intelligent manufacturing unit.
