摘要
本土化是当前医务社会工作发展亟须解决的问题。医务社会工作的本土化要求引入的医务社会工作模式要符合中国社会文化和社会结构的运行逻辑。作为传统文化的结晶和代表,中医文化中的价值理念、文化内核、工作方法、心理基础等内容与医务社会工作的价值理念、工作方法具有共通之处,能够为医务社会工作的本土化发展提供多方面的资源支持、价值支撑和发展空间。以此为基础,从需求为本、本土实践、清晰定位、专业反思四个方面总结了医院开展本土化的医务社会工作的实践路径。
Localization is an urgent problem to be solved in the current development of medical social work. The localization of medical social work requires the introduction of medical social work mode to be consistent with the operational logic of Chinese social cuhure and social structure. As the crystallization and representative of traditional culture, the value concept, cultural core, working method, and psychological foundation in traditional Chinese medicine culture have commonalities with the value concept and working method of medical social work, and can provide muhi - faceted resource support, value support and development space for the localization development of medical social work. Based on this, this paper summarized the practice path of hospitals to carry out localized medical social work from four aspects of demand - based, local practice, clear positioning and professional reflection.
