摘要 针对人工穿经速度慢、效率低的问题,设计了综丝分离传送系统。机械系统由分离机构、转移机构和脱出机构3部分组成。以三菱Q系列PLC及定位模块QD75P4为核心构建控制系统,上位机采用三菱GOT1000触摸屏,完成穿综图花型的设定及分离传送过程中的运行监控。基于穿综图要求和机械系统布局,设计了数字化控制流程图。开发了具有普适性的综丝花型控制算法。测试结果表明:系统运行可靠、综丝分离速度可达150根/min,花型控制算法通用性强。系统的开发为自动穿经机成套设备的研发提供了有力的技术支持。 The heald separating & conveying system is developed,in order to address such problems as low speed and low efficiency in manual drawing-in. The mechanical system is composed of the separating mechanism, transfer mechanism and ex- trusion mechanism. The control system is built based on MITSUBISHI Q Series PLC and positioning module QD75P4. For the upper section,the MITSUBISHI GOT1000 touch screen is adopted,with the purpose of setting the draw-in patterns and monitoring the separating & conveying processes. According to the drawing requirements and the layout of mechanical system ,the flow chart featuring digital control is formulated, and the universal algorithm for pattern control is developed. The test results show that the system is reliable,the separation speed is 150 per minute,and the algorithm can be widely adopted. Thus,the system provides strong technical support for the R&D of a complete set of automatic draw-in machines.
