摘要
针对重质油开采过程中沥青质沉积造成的堵塞及稠油黏度高的问题,以脂肪酸和三乙烯四胺为原料合成了脂肪酸酰胺(FTA),以乙二胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯为原料合成了聚酰胺-胺树状大分子(2.0G-PAMAM)。结合十二胺(DAN)、三乙醇胺(T3A)以及轻质煤焦油的沥青质沉淀实验,通过正交试验选出了最佳分散剂体系,并进行了沥青质分散性能和稠油降黏实验。优化分散剂APD配方为:m(2.0G)∶m(T3A)∶m(DAN)∶m(FTA)=0.4∶0.3∶0.1∶1,该分散剂在加量为0.6mg/g时可稳定94%的沥青质于正庚烷溶液中。在新疆FC稠油中加入1.6mg/g优化分散剂,40℃时稠油降黏率为75.6%,80℃时稠油降黏率为78.4%。
For the plugging caused by the asphaltene deposition during heavy oil production,the fatty acid amide(FTA)synthesized from fatty acids and triethylenetetramine and the polyamide-amineden drimers(2.0 G-PAMAM)synthesized from ethylenediamine and methyl methacrylate were used to inhibit deposition of asphaltene.Laurylamine(DAN),triethanolamine(T3A)and the 120-200℃light fraction of coal tar were screened by determining transmittance of asphaltene solution.An optimum dispersing agent system was selected by an orthogonal test.Then asphaltene-dispersing performance and viscosity-reducing experiments of heavy oil were carried out.The formula composition of asphaltene inhibitor(APD)was optimized by orthogonal experiment as follows:m(2.0 G)∶m(T3A)∶m(DAN)∶m(FTA)=0.4∶0.3∶0.1∶1.The APD could effectively stabilize 94% of asphalt in nheptane solution at dosage of 0.6 mg/g of dispersant in asphaltene solution.The viscosity of FC heavy oil at 40℃and 80℃ decreased by 75.6% and 78.4% at dosage of 16 mg/g,respectively.
