摘要
乙苯装置原料催化干气进装置前经双脱脱硫,但仍含有少量硫化氢和焦粉等杂质,造成换热器腐蚀和堵塞,影响了装置平稳运行。通过分析运行期间换热器情况及大检修时容器内部检查情况,确定了乙苯装置脱丙烯系统干气水洗部分设备腐蚀的主要原因为湿硫化氢腐蚀;该腐蚀生成硫化亚铁,剥落的硫化亚铁与催化干气中的焦粉等杂质混合造成换热器管束堵塞。设备检修时内部积累的硫化亚铁与空气接触后发生自燃,造成设备内构件损坏。通过材质升级等一系列措施抑制了设备腐蚀问题,确保装置长周期稳定运行。
Catalytic dry gas was desulfurized through double remove system before entering ethylbenzene unit, but it still contained some impurities such as hydrogen sulfide and coke powder, which caused corrosion and blockage of heat exchangers and affected smooth operation of the unit. By analyzing heat exchangers during operation and internal inspection of vessels during maintenance, it was determined that the main cause for the corrosion problem was wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion. Ferrous sulfide was produced in the process, and peeling ferrous sulfide which mixed with coke powder and other impurities in catalytic dry gas blocked heat exchanger tube bundles. Accumulated ferrous sulfide inside equipment occurred spontaneous combustion when contacted with air in equipment maintenance, causing damage to equipment internal components. Several measures such as material upgrading were put forward to prevent equipment corrosion and ensure stable operation over a long period of time.
