摘要
工作-家庭能否平衡及如何平衡的问题是新时代的重要议题。从边界与跨界的视角出发,通过工作与家庭的双向渗溢关系的探究,工作与家庭之间的关联机制和关联模式可以概括为各自安好型、彼此增益型、相互对抗型、双向模糊型、舍家从业型、弃业从家型。空间的不共域性、时间的不共时性和心理的不共情性,带来工作-家庭的边界效应及领域张力,加上日益提升且过度的职场要求和家庭责任,加剧了角色之间的不兼容性;而"必须性期待"使得女性更难平衡二者关系。因此,必须尽快大力推行家庭友好政策和婴幼儿托育服务体系,倡导自然育儿模式,缓解育儿焦虑,推动工作与家庭关系趋向平衡。
Based on the consideration of border and border-crossing, it attempts to analyze the mutual spillover relationship between work and family, explore the mechanisms by which they are related, propose six patterns of relationships depending on border crossing temporally, spatially and psychologically, and reflect on issues of whether and how people are able to balance work and family in reality. It has been found that border effect and increasing demand from both work and family are responsible for the tension of work and family. Inflexibility of border of work and family makes it hard for role compatibility at the two ends. While all people can hardly avoid such conflicts, those with young children may suffer the most. Nevertheless, implementing family-friendly policy and reducing the anxiety of childrearing may facilitate work-family balance.
