摘要
2017年,中国谷子、高粱生产面积逐步扩大,新型经营主体不断涌现,科技成果转化率不断提高,但受主产区旱情重于上年影响价格波动幅度较大。后期,受农业供给侧结构性改革、一二三产业融合的带动影响,谷子、高粱种植布局逐步优化,价格将回归平稳,质量和品牌意识显著提高。最后,提出应从强化优势区域布局、加强信息监测预警、重视气候变化、加强病虫害防治、鼓励发展农业服务型经营主体、积极拓展市场等方面促进谷子高粱产业发展。
In 2017, the production areas of foxtail millet and sorghum in China were gradually expanded,new management subjects were constantly emerging, and the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements was increasing. However, the drought in the main producing areas was heavier than the previous year, and the prices of foxtail millet and sorghum fluctuated greatly. Later period, driven by the agricultural supply-side structural reform and the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, the planting layout of foxtail millet and sorghum will be gradually optimized, the prices will return to a stable level, and the quality and brand awareness will be significantly improved. Finally, it is suggested that the development of foxtail millet and sorghum industries should be promoted by strengthening advantageous regional layout,strengthening information monitoring and early warning, attaching importance to climate change, enhancinging prevention and control of plant disease and insect pest, encouraging the development of agricultural service-oriented business entities, and actively expanding the market.
