摘要
十九大提出绿色发展新目标,推进绿色发展新部署,中国践行绿色发展的主动性显著增强,绿色金融和绿色经济的耦合发展已成为必然趋势。本文以我国30个省级行政单元2008~2016年的经济数据为基础,利用耦合度模型实证分析我国绿色金融和绿色经济的动态耦合关系并进行局部空间区域差异比较。结果显示,我国绿色发展水平呈现出总体上升的趋势,绿色金融和绿色经济发展处于高度协调耦合发展状态,没有出现相互抑制的作用。东部地区绿色金融和绿色经济耦合度较高,中部地区次之,西部地区和东北部地区较低。本文提出利用绿色金融市场融资渠道和法律环境基础产生绿色经济发展新力量的建议,最终实现各省份的绿色经济可持续发展。
The 19th National Congress proposes new targets for green development and promoted the new deployment of green development. China's initiative of practicing green development has been significantly enhanced. The coupled development of green finance and green economy has become an inevitable trend. Based on the economic data of China'?s 30 provincial administrative units from 2008 to 2016, this paper uses the coupling degree model to empirically analyze the dynamic coupling relationship between China's green finance and green economy and compares regional spatial differences. The results show that the level of green development in China presents an overall upward trend, and the development of green finance and green economy is in a state of highly coordinated and coupled development, and there is no mutual inhibitory effect. The coupling degree between green finance and green economy in the eastern region is higher, followed by the central region, and lower in the western and northeast regions. The relevant government departments should use the coupled development relationship between green finance and the green economy to formulate management measures and provide policy support to achieve the sustainable development of the green economy in each province.
