摘要
为了解决特厚煤层大断面巷道窄煤柱护巷围岩控制问题,对巷道围岩变形影响因素进行分析,认为邻近工作面强动压与大断面巷道掘进动压叠加作用,导致了煤柱裂隙发育,整体性差,从而使得锚杆支护质量降低,产生锚杆失效现象。通过强化施工管理,保证护巷煤柱尺寸,及时进行支护并喷浆封闭防止围岩风化破坏,形成锚杆支护与围岩的统一承载体,在绞车硐室极窄煤柱区域施工混泥土墙与煤柱共同承载,并建立长效监测监控体系,及时补强支护,是窄煤柱巷道围岩控制的关键。
Aiming at the surrounding rock control problem in of narrow-coal-pillar-supported large section roadway with extra thick coal seam, the paper analyzes the influence factors of surrounding rock deformation, which presents that the superposition of dynamic pressure of adjacent working face and dynamic pressure of large section roadway leads to the development of the crack of the coal pillar and the poor integrity of the coal pillar, making the bolt support quality lower with the bolt failure in a vicious cycle. Also it propose strengthening the construction management to ensure the size of the coal pillar, support and spray in time to prevent the weathering damage of the surrounding rock and to form the unified bearing body of the bolt support and the surrounding rock, construction of the mixed soil wall and the coal pillar in the very narrow coal pillar area of the winch chamber and establishing a long-term monitoring system to reinforce the support in time.
