摘要 以宁武选煤厂为工程背景,针对目前有线通信方式存在的线路复杂难管理、通信电缆易破损等问题,运用CP340模块通信和数据传输电台构成的无线通信系统取代有线通信系统。无线通信系统的应用从整体上优化了选煤厂集中控制系统的通信方式,改进了通信技术,解决了原通信方式存在的问题,确保了通信的便利与安全,提高了信息传递的效率,有利于自动化与网络技术的应用与发展。 Taking Ningwu Coal Preparation Plant as engineering background, aiming at the problems of complicated circuit and easy damaged communication cable existing in the current wired communication method, wireless communication system, consisting of CP340 module communication and data transmission stations, has replaced wired communication system. Its application has optimized the communication mode of the centralized control system of the coal preparation plant, improved the communication technology, and solved the problems of the original communication mode, which ensures the convenience and security of communication, improves the efficiency of information transmission, and facilitates the application and development of automation and network technology.
