摘要
水利工程标准化管理,是提高水利资源综合利用率,保障资源开发价值的体现,它具有基础性、引导性、以及创新性等特征。基于此,文章结合当前水利工程标准化管理中存在不足,着重对其实践创新要点进行探究,以达到充分发挥制度管理引导作用,提高资源综合利用率的目的。
The standardized management of water conservancy projects is the embodiment of improving the comprehensive utilization rate of water resources and guaranteeing the value of resources development. It has the characteristics of foundation, guidance,innovation and so on. Based on this, the paper combines the deficiencies in the current water conservancy project standardizationmanagement, focusing on its practice and innovation points, in order to give full play to the role of system management guidance andimprove the comprehensive utilization of resources.
