摘要
未来一段时间,我国煤炭开发将压缩东部、限制中部和东北、优化西部,煤炭生产开发布局西移。本文阐述了煤炭开采和利用对生态环境脆弱的西部地区的影响,并从煤炭无害化开采、煤炭装备、绿色开采、清洁高效利用、散煤治理等六方面提出了建议,最大限度减轻煤炭生产开发布局西移对我国西部地区环境的污染。
In the future, coal mining will be compressed in eastern China, limited in central and northeastern China, and optimized in western China. The coal production and development will move to west. In this paper, the impacts of coal mining and utilization on the fragile ecological environment of western China were discussed. Suggestions were put forward from the aspects of harmless mining, equipment, green mining, clean and efficient utilization,and granular coal disposal, to minimize the environmental pollution caused by the west movement of coal production and development layout.
