民机起落架用材料的发展与研究现状 被引量:13

摘要 起落架是保证民机安全飞行的重要部件。起落架的主体零件材料已广泛采用300M超高强度钢整体锻件、钛合金整体锻件制造技术,新材料的发展使得复合材料起落架也成为可能;通过改进起落架制造工艺并加强表面防护和表面强化可进一步实现起落架与飞机机体同寿命的目标,国产300M钢已达到国际先进水平。在未来几年也要充分重视钛合金材料和复合材料及其制造工艺的研究和开发工作。 Landing gear is an important part to ensure the safe flight of civil aircraft. 300 M ultra high strength steel integral forging and titanium alloy integral forging technology were widely used in the main parts of landing gear, and the development of new materials has made the composite landing gear become possible. By improving the manufacturing process of landing gear and strengthening the surface protection and surface strengthening, the goal of same service life of landing gear and aircraft body can be furtherly realized. 300 M steel being developed and produced in China can reach the international advanced level. In the next few years, the research and development of titanium alloy materials, composites and the production technology should be paid more attention.
