摘要
电工设备局部放电(partial discharge,PD)检测主要有脉冲电流法、射频(高频)法、暂态对地电压法、特高频法、化学检测法、光检测法和超声波法。其中,基于光纤传感技术的检测方法具有安全、绝缘和抗电磁干扰等优点,适合设计成预埋式或侵入式传感器安装在电工设备内部或外部壳体上,进行PD在线监测或带电检测,具有发展前景。文中首先对基于光纤传感技术的PD测量方法、原理参数和优缺点进行了概述,主要介绍了PD光纤非本征法珀(extrinsic Fabry-Perot interferometer,EFPI)超声波传感检测技术,详述了基于光纤EFPI传感检测PD超声波信号的技术原理、传感器性能试验和研究进展,分析了研制该光纤EFPI超声波传感器的关键参数和应用问题,并预期了其发展趋势。
Partial discharge (PD) detection for power equipments mainly includes pulse current method, radio fre quency(high frequency)method, transient ground voltage method, UHF method, chemical detection method, optical detection method and ultrasonic method. Among them, the PD detection method based on optical fiber sensing tech nologies has the advantages of safety, insulation and antielectromagnetic interference, so it is suitable to be de signed as embedded or intrusive sensors installed on the inner or outer shell of power equipments for PD online mon itoring or live detection with prospects for development. In this paper, the measurement method of PD based on opti cal fiber sensing technologies, principle parameters and advantages and disadvantages are summarized, and then the detection technology of extrinsic FabryPerot interferometers(EFPI)optical fiber sensing is introduced. The prin ciple and research progress of detecting PD ultrasonic signal based on EFPI fiber optic sensor and its performance tests are described in detail. The key parameters and application problems in the development of the EFPI PD fiber optic sensor are analyzed. Finally, the development trend of the EFPI PD fiber optic sensor is expected.
