摘要 特高频(ultra-high frequency,UHF)检测因其可有效避免现场噪声干扰,在气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(gas insulated substation,GIS)中具有广泛应用,但工程上尚未明确针对不同频带特高频信号检测装置的标定方法。文中设计了一种GIS局部放电标定平台,由局部放电模拟脉冲信号源、同轴阻抗过渡段、同轴信号标定段、同轴阻抗匹配段、高速示波器和特高频传感器组成。其中,3通道局部放电模拟脉冲信号源,可分别输出上升沿240 ps、460 ps、1 ns的脉冲信号波形,用于模拟尖刺、悬浮微粒、绝缘子内部气泡等不同缺陷类型所产生的不同频带的特高频信号;同轴阻抗过渡段可用于连接SMA接口与550 kV真型GIS,大幅降低信号失真度,对特高频信号的传输性能远优于普通锥形过渡段;最终完成系统测试,验证该系统可用于特高频传感器标定。 Ultra-high frequency (UHF) detection has been widely used in gas insulated substation(GIS)because it can effectively avoid on-site noise interference, however, there is not a calibration method specifically targeting UHF detection device for different frequency bands. In this paper, a GIS partial discharge calibration platform is de- signed, which consists of partial discharge analog pulse signal source, coaxial impedance transition section, coaxial signal calibration section, coaxial impedance matching section, high speed oscilloscope and UHF sensor. Among them,the 3-channel partial discharge analog pulse signal source can output pulse waveforms with rising edges of 240 ps, 460 ps and Ins, respectively, to simulate the ultra-high frequency signals with different frequency bands, which are generated by different defect types such as spike, suspended particle, and bubble in insulator. The coaxial imped- ance transition section is used to connect the SMA interface with the 550 kV true GIS, greatly reducing the signal dis- tortion, and its transmission performance of the UHF signal is much better than that of the ordinary tapered transition section. The system test is completed, verifying the system can be used for UHF sensor calibration.
