酸铝复合胁迫对杉木苗叶绿素荧光的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以1年生杉木盆栽苗为试验材料,通过不同浓度配比的酸、铝复合条件对其进行胁迫,测定其在胁迫下的叶绿素荧光参数,以评估其对酸铝胁迫的耐受能力.结果表明:杉木苗叶片在单酸胁迫下的Fo小于单铝胁迫,Fm和Fv大于单铝胁迫,表明铝胁迫对杉木苗的光抑制效应更强.在酸铝复合胁迫条件下,杉木苗叶片中Fo与酸、铝浓度均呈正相关,且高于其在单酸和单铝中的表现,在强酸高铝处理组中的值最大; Fm和Fv均与酸、铝浓度呈负相关,且低于其在单酸和单铝中的表现,在强酸高铝处理组的值最小,表明酸铝复合胁迫对杉木叶片光合系统造成更严重的损伤. In order to study the tolerance of Chinese fir under co-stress from acid and aluminum, 1-year-old potted Chinese fir seed-lings were used to investigate changes in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters after different levels of combinative stress. The resultsshowed that minimal fluorescence (Fo) was lower under acid stress than aluminum (Al) stress, and variable fluorescence (Fm)and maximal fluorescence ( Fm) were higher than those under Al stress, indicating that photoinhibition attributed from Al wasstronger than acidity. Fo was higher under co-stress than either acid or Al stress. It was positively correlated with acidity and Alconcentration. The maximum Fo occurred in the treatment of strong acidity and Al. Meanwhile, Fm and Fv value were negativelycorrelated with acidity and Al level, and they were lower than those under either acid or Al stress. To summarize, more severe dam-age happened in the photosynthesis system of leaves of Chinses fir under acid and aluminum co-stress.
