摘要
为实现超长钢筋混凝土结构良好的自防水效果,苏州湾太湖新城地下空间工程中采取了混凝土中添加高性能膨胀剂、膨胀加强带优化设计、实体结构数据监测、落实相应技术措施和加强现场施工管理等关键技术措施。结果表明,采用高性能膨胀剂配制的补偿收缩混凝土具有良好的结构自防水效果,同时可将后浇式膨胀加强带的设计间距放宽至60~80m,回填时间缩短至14d;将侧墙外模板带模保温养护至72h后拆模,可使混凝土内外温差≤15℃,有效降低混凝土早期温度收缩;实体结构板厚度越大,其后期收缩量越小。
In order to achieve good self-waterproofing effect of super-long reinforced concrete structure, key technical measures such as adding high-performance expansive agent into concrete, optimizing design of expansive strengthening zone, monitoring of solid structure data, implementing corresponding technical measures and strengthening site construction management were adopted in the underground space project of Suzhou Bay. The results show that the shrinkage compensating concrete with high performance expansive admixture has good self-waterproofing effect, and the design spacing of post-pouring expansive reinforcing belt can be widened to 60 -80m, and the backfilling time can be shortened to 14 days; the temperature difference between inside and outside of concrete can be less than 15~C. The temperature shrinkage of concrete at early stage can be reduced effectively. The thickness of solid structural plate is larger, the later shrinkage value will be smaller .
