摘要
目的 探讨双源CT低剂量冠状动脉成像诊断冠心病的临床应用价值.方法 选取2016年1月至2017年1月在新乡市中心医院采用双源CT冠状动脉成像检查的冠心病患者70例,分为常规剂量组与低剂量组,每组35例.常规剂量组采用双源CT冠状动脉成像检查,低剂量组采用双源CT低剂量冠状动脉成像检查,比较两组患者的各项指标情况.结果 低剂量组的心肌桥检出长度、心肌桥检出率及李克特量表评分与常规剂量组比较,差异均未见统计学意义(P〉0.05);但低剂量组检查时接受的电离辐射明显低于常规剂量组(P〈0.05).结论 应用双源CT低剂量冠状动脉成像对冠心病患者进行诊断时,虽然会对冠状动脉成像质量产生一定的影响,但不影响诊断结果,而且可以降低检查时接受的电离辐射.
Objective To study the value of dual-source CT ( DSCT ) low-dose coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease .Methods Seventy patients with coronary artery disease who underwent DSCT coronary angiography were divided into conventional-dose group and low-dose group , with 35 patients in each group . DSCT coronary angiography was performed in conventional-dose group and DSCT low-dose coronary angiography was performed in low-dose group .The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared .Results There was no significant difference in myocardial bridge detection length , detection rate or Likert scale between conventional-dose group and low-dose group ( P〉0.05 ) , but the ionizing radiation in low-dose group was significantly lower than that in conventional-dose group ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusions The application of DSCT low-dose coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease may affect the imaging quality of coronary artery , but it does not have influence on result of diagnosis , and it can reduce the ionizing radiation effectively during examination .
