摘要
目的:观察何氏"三奇汤"治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:将80例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者,按数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例,对照组采用常规糖皮质激素治疗,同时予以止血等对症治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用何氏"三奇汤"治疗。两组患者均以2个月为1个疗程。治疗后观察血小板变化情况、生存质量和出血等级等疗效指标。结果:治疗组有效率80. 0%高于对照组的55. 0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01);治疗组血小板计数水平显著升高,血小板抗体降低,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01);两组患者出血等级比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);而生存质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:"三奇汤"能减少特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血小板抗体,提高血小板计数,控制出血症状,临床疗效显著。
Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy of He＇s ＂Sanqi Decoction＂ in treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods：Eighty patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the digital table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional glucocorticoids and symptomatic treatment such as hemostasis was also given. The treatment group was treated with He＇s ＂ Sanqi Decoction＂ in addition to that of the control group. Both groups of patients took 2 months as a course of treatment. After treatment, the therapeutic indicators such as platelet changes,TCM syndromes, quality of life and bleeding grade of both groups were observed. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 80.0% ,which was significantly higher than that （55.0%） of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The platelet count level of the treatment group was significantly increased, and the platelet antibody PAIgG was decreased. There was significant difference between the both groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The difference of bleeding between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 O. 05 ）, and the difference in quality of life scores was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： He＇s ＂Sanqi Decoction＂ can significantly reduce platelet antibodies, increase platelet count, control bleeding symptoms and improve clinical symptoms in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.
