摘要
工匠精神自古以来便是编辑职业素质的核心,是出精品、出经典的必要保障。编辑是内容的把关者,做一名具有工匠精神的编辑,精益求精,追求极致,爱岗敬业,无私奉献,持之以恒,守正创新,才能成就优秀的出版物。出版企业应该通过塑造具备"工匠精神"的企业文化、规范出版流程、改进人才培养机制、创新考核机制等途径营造提升编辑素质的环境。
The spirit of craftsmen has been the core of editor＇s professional quality since ancient times, and it is the necessary guarantee for producing excellent and classicical products. The editor is the gatekeeper of the content. As an editor with the spirit of craftsmanship, only when he/she strives for excellence, pursues the ultimate, loves his dedication, selfless dedication, perseverance, and integrity can he/she achieve excellent publications. Publishing companies should create an environment that enhances editorial quality by shaping corporate culture with＂ the spirit of craftsmen＂, standardizing publishing processes, improving talent training mechanisms, and innovating assessment mechanisms.
