摘要
党的十九大提出的乡村振兴战略是建设社会主义现代化强国的重大战略思想。受多种因素的影响,实施乡村振兴战略面临着严重的人才瓶颈制约。乡村振兴战略提出的"产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕"总要求为乡村人才建设指明了方向。加强乡村人才建设,必须就地取"才",培养造就和开发乡村本土人才;必须多方聚才,鼓励和引导各界人才回归乡村;必须实践育才,抓好乡村振兴关键工程任务;必须重用贤才,培育新乡贤和"两委会"干部人才。
The strategy of Rural Revitalization proposed by the 19 th National Congress of CPC is a major strategic thinking for building a socialist modern power. Influenced by many factors, the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy is faced with a serious bottleneck of talents. The general requirements of "prosperity of industry, livable ecology, civilization of the countryside, effective governance and rich life" put forward in the strategy of Rural Revitalization point out the direction for the construction of rural talent team. In order to strengthen the construction of rural talent team, we must take "talent" in place, train and develop the local talent in the countryside,encourage and guide all the people from all walks of life back to the countryside,enhance the practice and grasp the key project tasks of rural revitalization,pay attention to the use and cultivate the new villagers and the cadres of the "two committees".
