摘要
在文献综述的基础上,提出技能人才工匠精神包含爱岗敬业、精益求精和勇于创新三个维度。基于自我决定理论,以全国铁路行业14家企业的600名技能人才为调查对象,实证检验了包容型领导对技能人才工匠精神的影响。结果表明:包容型领导对技能人才工匠精神的三个维度均有显著的正向影响;组织支持感知在包容型领导与技能人才工匠精神之间起调节作用。最后从组织的角度提出了培育工匠精神的有效措施。
On the basis of literature review, this paper proposes that craftsman spirit includes three dimensions:dedication,excellence and innovation. Based on the perspective of self determination theory,it investigates 600 skilled talents from 14 railways of China Railway Group Co. Ltd. to explore the influence of inclusive leadership on craftsman spirit. The empirical results show" as follows:inclusive leadership has a significant positive impact on three dimensions of craftsman spirit;perceived organizational support moderates the relationship between inclusive leadership and the craftsman spirit of skilled talent. Finally,it puts forward the effective measures to cultivate the craftsman spirit from the organizational perspective.
