摘要
研究芳纶浆粕母粒在全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎面配方中的应用。结果表明,在全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎面胶中使用芳纶浆粕母粒,胶料硬度和定伸应力增大,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率减小,轮胎生热虽略有提高,但抗切割性能改善,轮胎的使用寿命延长。
The application of aramid pulp masterbatch in the tread compound of all-steel off-the-road radial tire was investigated. The results showed that,by using the aramid pulp masterbatch,the hardness and modulus of the tread compound increased,and the tensile strength and elongation at break decreased. The heat build-up of the tire was slightly increased,however,the cutting resistance of the tire was improved,and the service life of the tire was extended.
