摘要
人力资源作为一个竞争比较激烈的行业,好的人力资源管理对一个企业的发展至关重要,它可以让企业及时了解员工的发展状态,从而为该公司的发展提供数据支持。近些年来,随着信息技术日新月异的发展,人力资源的发展对公司的发展前景以及未来的发展趋势有着非常重要的影响。就目前而言,我国的人力资源在发展过程中还遇到一些问题和困难,例如整体效率低下、数据不够精确、人员工作积极性不够高等。在当今社会,科学技术的发展给公司企业人力资源的发展带来了很大的发展机遇,同时也带来了相应的挑战,需要抓住这一机遇。本文在我国人力资源发展现状的基础上,进行深入研究和探讨,致力于构建一套SOA的人力资源管理系统。
Human resources as a competitive industry,good human resource management is very important for the development of an enterprise. It can enable enterprises to understand employees" development status in time and provide data support for the development of the company. In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the development of human resources has a very important impact on the company's development prospects and the future development trend. At present, there are still some problems and difficulties in the development of human resources in China. For example, the overall efficiency is low, the data is not accurate enough, and the enthusiasm of the staff is not high enough. In today's society, the development of science and technology has brought great opportunities for the development of human resources in enterprises, but also brought corresponding challenges. We need to seize this opportunity. On the basis of the current situation of human resources development in China, this paper makes an in-depth study and discussion,and is committed to building a set of SOA human resource management system.
