摘要
在进行化工生产的过程中,为了能够有效的对草酸二甲酯即(DMO)在加氢制乙醇酸甲酯(即MG)作为催化剂时进行高效的、稳定的探索,本文所采用水热合成法来进行Cu-Ni/SiO2催化剂的制备,其主要的目的是探索在不同的Cu:Ni摩尔比之下对于催化剂活性的影响。然后利用XRD、TEM以及XPS等等多项表征来进行实验的验证,而实验的结果表明:利用二氧化硅微球来作为实验的载体,铜镍物种在进行分散的过程中其自身更加的均匀。
In the process of chemical production, in order to effectively and stably explore dimethyl oxalate (DMO) as catalyst in the hydrogenation process to prepare methyl glycolate (MG), this paper adopts hydrothermal synthesis method to prepare Cu-Ni/SiO2 catalyst. Its main purpose is to explore the effect of different Cu:Ni molar ratio on catalyst activity. Then the experiment was verifed by multiple representation such as XRD, TEM and XPS. The experimental results showed that the copper and nickel species were more uniform in the process of dispersion by using silica microspheres as the carrier of the experiment.
