微织构作用下环面节流器节流系数研究

摘要 前期实验研究中发现微织构对高速水润滑动静压轴承轴颈有显著的抑振作用,为了研究微织构的抑振机制,从微织构对节流系数的影响方面进行探讨。采用Fluent建立微织构作用下高速水润滑动静压轴承环面节流器的CFD模型,研究微织构的密度、压力差和轴颈线速度对节流系数的影响。结果表明:在微织构作用下高速水润滑动静压轴承的节流系数有显著降低,进而影响了轴承的流场状态和润滑性能,对轴承的振动有一定的抑制作用。根据轴承的转速及承载力工作要求,合理设计微织构密度及压力差,能够在降低轴承节流系数的同时提高轴承的承载力;微织构作用下轴承的节流系数发生改变,同时改变了流场状态,表明在高速水润滑动静压轴承性能计算中,根据实际流场来确定节流系数是很有必要的。 Preliminary research found that micro texture significantly inhibited the vibration of high-speed hybrid bearings.In order to study the mechanism of vibration suppression of micro texture,the effect of micro texture on the restriction coefficient was discussed.The CFD model of the restrietor of high-speed hybrid bearings under micro texturing was established by Fluent.The effect on coefficient of restrietor was studied considering different proportion of micro texture, pressure difference and spindle speed.The results show that the throttle coefficient of high-speed hybrid bearings is significantly reduced under the action of micro texture,which affects the flow field state and lubrication performance of bearings, and has a certain inhibitory effect on the vibration of bearings. Reasonable design of micro texture and pressure difference according to the requirements of bearing speed and bearing capacity, can reduce the bearing restriction coefficient and improve the capacity of bearing.Under the influence of micro texture, the restriction coefficient of the bearing changes as well as the flow field state.This shows that is necessary to determine the restriction coefficient according to the actual flow field during the performance calculation of high-speed hybrid bearings.
