摘要
近年来,我国面临自然灾害和突发性公共事件所带来的巨大考验,政府陆续出台了许多应对突发公共事件的政策,应急物流得到了国家的资金支持和政策鼓励。文中从应急物流保障系统的结构与功能入手,对应急物流保障系统的运作流程及管理体系进行分析,归纳当前我国应急物流保障系统存在的问题,并对应急物流保障系统的优化提出建议,以期促进应急物流保障系统的改进。
In recent years,our country is faced with the great test brought by natural disasters and sudden public events.The government has successively promulgated the policy of Xuduoyingdui＇s public emergency,and emergency logistics has received state funding support and policy encouragement. This paper starts with the structure and function of the emergency logistics support system,analyzes the operation process and management system of the emergency logistics support system,summarizes the problems existing in China＇s emergency logistics support system,and puts forward suggestions for the optimization of the emergency logistics support system. In order to promote the improvement of emergency logistics security system.
