摘要
目的了解近1年老年患者口腔牙齿患病特点及主要治疗方式及效果评估,针对致病原因提出合理化预防措施和优先治疗方案。方法选取吉林大学口腔医院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的150例老年口腔修复患者,对其口腔患病部位及特点进行统计分析。结果 150例患者中,97例(64.67%)为活动义齿修复;53例(35.33%)为固定义齿修复。老年人常出现牙周炎和龋齿和牙髓炎,颌面严重磨损。结论加强预防教育,消除食物嵌塞,防止龋齿加重,遵医嘱进食餐饭,定期检测口腔健康,并分情况选择修复方式治疗。
Objective To understand the characteristics of the elderly patients with oral cavity teeth disease nearly 1 years and main treatment methods and effect assessment, aiming at causes put forward rational preventive measures and preferential treatment.Methods Selected stomatological hospital of jilin university in October 2017 to October 2018, 150 cases of elderly patients with oral cavity repair, the area of oral disease and characteristics were analyzed. Results Of 150 cases,97 cases （64.67%） for the activities of denture;53 cases （35.33%） for the fixed denture.Old people often appear periodontitis and dental caries and pulpitis, maxillofacial serious wear and tear.Conclusion to strengthen the prevention education and eliminate the food, to prevent dental caries is aggravating, prescribed to eat meal, regular testing oral health, and points to choose repair treatment.【
