摘要
目的探讨心理护理及个体化健康指导在乳腺癌患者术后的应用效果。方法选取2016年1~12月我院乳腺外科行常规护理的乳腺癌患者35例为对照组,选取2017年1~12月我院乳腺外科在常规护理基础上加用心理护理和个体化健康指导的乳腺癌患者35例为观察组,均为女性。比较两组患者术后康复相关指标和心理健康情况。结果观察组患者自愿接受后续治疗与功能锻炼达标率高于对照组,术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,住院时间和引流管留置时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者予以心理护理和个体化健康指导可改善患者心理状态和术后康复相关指标,有助于患者早日恢复健康。
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing and individualized health guidance in postoperative patients with breast cancer. Methods Thirty-five patients with breast cancer who received routine nursing in breast surgery of our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the control group, thirty-five patients with breast cancer who received psychological nursing and individualized health guidance on the basis of routine nursing in breast surgery of our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the observation group, and they were all women. Postoperative rehabilitation related indicators and mental health status of the two groups were compared. Results The rate of voluntary follow-up treatment and functional exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group, the hospitalization time and drainage tube retention time were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The scores of self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing and individualized health guidance for breast cancer patients can improve their psychological status and postoperative rehabilitation related indicators, and help patients recover as soon as possible.
