摘要
目的探讨整体护理在小儿肠套叠围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院收治的60例肠套叠患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组围术期应用常规护理,研究组应用整体护理。比较分析两组患儿护理后的护理满意度、生活质量及术后并发症情况。结果研究组患儿护理后的总满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿护理后的躯体活动、精力、睡眠、疼痛、社会生活及情感评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿护理后的并发症总发生率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用整体护理对肠套叠患儿进行护理,可加强围术期管理,改善护理服务质量,提高患儿及家属的满意度,改善患儿的生活质量,降低术后并发症的发生风险,有利于患儿预后,值得临床大力推广。
Objective To explore the applicationeffect of holistic nursing in perioperative nursing care of children with intussusception. Methods A total of 60 cases of children with intussusception treated in our hospital from January2016 to October 2017 were selected as the subjects, and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period, while the study group received holistic nursing. The nursing satisfaction, quality of life and postoperative complications of the two groups after nursing were compared and analyzed. Results The total satisfaction rate of the study group after nursing was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（70.00%）, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The body activity, energy, sleep, pain, social life and emotion scores after nursing care in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total complication rate of the study group after nursing was 3.33%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group（20.00%）, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing care for children with intussusception in our hospital, strengthening perioperative management, can improve the quality of nursing service, improve the satisfaction of children and their families, improve the quality of life of children, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, which is beneficial to the prognosis of children, and should be widely used in clinical practice.
