摘要
为验证煤与瓦斯突出过程中产生大量碎煤与含高压瓦斯煤在突然卸载时所发生的"爆碎"现象有关,分析碎煤的粒径分布规律,自主设计煤的爆碎特征测试实验装置,通过在不同煤矿取原煤样在不同瓦斯压力下进行爆碎特征实验,研究煤爆碎的基本规律。研究结果表明:在瓦斯压力作用下且瓦斯压力足够高时,所有含高压瓦斯煤在气压突然卸载后都能发生爆碎;不同煤样发生爆碎的瓦斯压力临界值不同,坚固性系数越大,煤样发生爆碎的最小瓦斯压力值越大,其爆碎后的碎煤粒径服从威布尔分布;同一煤样,瓦斯压力越大,碎煤在累积筛下率为63. 2%时的特征粒径值越小,粉煤所占比重越大,爆碎越严重。
In order to verify that the generation of large amount of shattered coal in the process of coal and gas outburst is re- lated to the "exploding and shattering" phenomenon of coal containing high pressure gas under the sudden unloading, and analyze the distribution laws of particle size for the shattered coal, an experimental device for testing the exploding and shattering characteristics of coal was self-developed, and the basic laws of coal exploding and shattering were studied by conducting the experiments of exploding and shattering characteristics on the raw- coal samples collected from different coal mines under different gas pressures. The results showed that under the effect of gas pressure and when the gas pressure was high enough, the exploding and shattering would occur for all the coals containing high pressure gas after the gas pressure was suddenly unloaded. The critical values of gas pressure when the exploding and shattering occurred for different coal samples were different, the greater the consistent coefficient, the greater the minimum gas pressure when the exploding and shattering occurred, and the particle size of the shattered coal after the exploding and shattering was subject to the Weibull distribution. For the same coal sample, the larger the gas pressure, the smaller the characteristic particle size of the shattered coal when the cumulative weight percentage undersize was 63.2% , the larger the proportion of pulverized coal, and the more severe the exploding and shattering.
