摘要
简要介绍了PC建筑与BIM技术,从设计阶段、PC构件生产阶段、施工阶段等方面,详细论述了BIM技术在PC建筑全寿命周期的应用价值,指出BIM技术在PC建筑全寿命期的应用,提高了项目管理中的"三控三管一协调"应用水平,较好的解决了项目后期运维的难题,适应了建筑行业节能减排的现状变化。
The paper introduces PC buildings and BIM technique,indicates the application value of BIM technique in the whole-life period of PC building from the design phase,production phase of PC components and construction phase,points out the application of BIM technique in the life cycle of PC buildings,so as to improve its application standards in the three-control,double-management and one-coordination,solve the difficulties in the later phase of the program,and go along with the energy-saving and emission reduction of the architectural industry.
