摘要
从最近几年国内外磷块岩研究动态来看,许多文章探讨了海相磷块岩的成因机制,但探讨的角度各有所不同,笔者基于应用细晶磷灰岩制造磷肥获取最佳经济效益的目的出发,作了一些测试及理论探讨。
The rapid growth of the world population is bound to be hollowed by a steady increase in the food grain requirement.The utilization of fertilizer became the most important key problem in the development of agriculture.The texture, characteristic sand the physico-chemical changes of the francolite under different temperatures are studied in this article.The differential thermo-balance analysis has been made on the ore samples collected from five different ore regions, including Kaiyang and Kunyang. The X-dif feraction determination, infra-red sp:ctrum,weight detarmination,chemical analysis, thin-section observation and determination through scanning electronic micro-scope processes have also been proceaded under the different temperatures (normal temperature,600℃, 800℃, 1.000℃ and 1,200℃). Many relevant curve diagrams have been drawn. The'result obtained further proved that the formation of phosphorite was due to the fact that the upwelling oceanic curent brought the phosphorus trihalide overflowed from the submariner rift valley or volcano.The said phosphoorus trihalide after being dissolved by seawater formed phosphoric acid and hydrofluoric acid which were brought to the nearshore bacteria-alga biozone and combined with the local organic matter and the metal anion(Ca,Fe, Ni,Cr,Mn, U,W),then formed insoluble colloidal compounds of carbo-fluor-apatite. After long period of geological polymerization, they finally formed the present francolite. Evidently, they are a formation of organic genesis and inorganic aspect. The most principal reason why the phosphorite is hard-sorting is due to the particular characteristics of the combined bond and ring of the carbon, fluorine, phosphorus contained. Therefore, the manufacture of phosphate fertilizer by using phosphorite is to be proceeded only from the bond and ring structure of the phosphorite, thus the transformation ratio and the economic benefit of the effective phosphorus can be raised.On the basis of the above theory, we have synthetically composed in the laboratory, according to organic prescription, Kunyang and Kaiyang types francolite which are from two different regions and belong to two different geological periods.Nevertheless, the result obtained through physico-chemical determination basically corresponds with that of the natural francolite of Kunyang and Kaiyang.Therefore, this successful achievement may provide a strong proof for the genetic mechanism of the phosphorite.
