摘要
聚合酶链式反应-变性梯度凝胶电泳(PCR-DGGE)技术已广泛应用于微生物分子生态学领域,成为研究微生物多样性常用的分子检测工具之一。在总结归纳PCR-DGGE技术的原理和特点的基础上,综述了PCR-DGGE技术在城镇供水系统和污水处理系统中微生物多样性分析等方面的研究进展,并展望了该技术今后的发展方向。
Polymerase Chain Reaction denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis (PCR DGGE) technology has been widely applied in the field of microbial molecular ecology and has become one of the most popular molecular detection tools for microbial diversity research. On the basis of summarizing the principles and characteristics of PCR DGGE technology,this paper reviews the research progress of PCR DGGE in the a nalysis of microbial diversity in urban water supply and sewage treatment systems and looks forward to the future development direction of the technology.
