摘要
为改善低碳铝镇静钢连续热镀锌板的耐时效性能,在试验室开展了不同温度的退火模拟试验,通过镀锌板人工加速时效测量和内耗测量研究了退火温度对抗时效性能的影响。试验结果表明:在700~850℃,随着退火温度的提高,镀锌板固溶碳含量先降低再提高,在800℃时最低,此时抗时效性能最佳。此研究结果在热镀锌生产线得到了应用,取到了预期的效果。
To improve low-carbon aluminum killed steel aging resistance performance of the continuous hot galvanized sheet,Simulated annealing tests at different temperatures were carried out in the laboratory,The effect of annealing temperature on aging resistance of galvanized sheet was studied by manual accelerated aging measurement and internal friction measurement.The results show that in the range of 700-850℃,with the increase of annealing temperature,galvanized sheet solid solution carbon content reduced first,then increase,at 800℃,the lowest the best temperature aging resistance.The results of this study have been applied in hot galvanizing production line,and the expected results have been obtained.
