基于结构光的三维视觉检测系统在矩形钢生产线上的研究与设计 被引量:11

摘要 针对矩形冷弯空心型钢管生产中质量检测环节存在效率低、精度低、智能化程度低等缺点,设计了基于结构光的三维视觉检测系统。该系统通过PLC控制实现自动检测和实时数据显示,利用球形标定物实现了智能传感器相机的全局标定,使用点云图像恢复方法得到三维重建的点云图像,通过参数检测方法处理点云图像得到矩形钢各参数,并以人机交互界面实时显示测量数据。通过实验及实际运行,论证了该系统操作简单、检测时间短,具有高精度和高稳定性,可适用于感兴区域内任何目标物体的检测,在提高了检测过程智能化的同时,保证了产品质量。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,low precision and low intelligence in the quality detection of rectangular cold-formed hollow steel,a three-dimensional vision inspection system based on structured light is designed. The system achieves automatic detection and real-time display of detected data through the PLC. It also accomplishes the global calibration of smart sensors by using the spherical calibration objects. And the system can obtain the point cloud image of three-dimensional reconstruction by using the point cloud restoration method. Then the parameters of rectangular steel can be acquired by processing the point cloud image through the parameter detection method. Finally,the measured data can be real-time displayed in human-computer interaction interface. Through experiments and actual operation,it is demonstrated that this system is simple in operation,short in detection time,and has high precision and high stability. It can be applied to the detection of any target object within the region of interest,which improves the intelligence of the detection process and ensures the product quality.
