钛铝合金表面飞秒激光烧蚀特性研究 被引量:4

Study on ablation characteristics of titanium aluminum alloy by femtosecond laser

摘要 Ti-6Al-4V钛铝合金具有比强度高、耐腐蚀性强、生物相容性好等一系列优点,是使用最广泛的钛合金之一,但其耐磨性较差,限制了其在有摩擦工况下的使用。采用飞秒激光脉冲烧蚀钛铝合金TC4表面,研究了激光功率、扫描速度以及离焦量对飞秒激光烧蚀的深度、形貌的影响。并在钛铝合金表面制做了二维周期结构。采用显微硬度计测试截面硬度,UMT-2多功能微摩擦磨损试验机对样品表面耐摩擦性能进行测试。结果表明:钛合金表面硬度提高了约65%左右;表面磨擦系数降低3至4倍。 Ti-6 Al-4 V titanium alloy is one of the most widely used titanium alloys because of its high specific strength,strong corrosion resistance and good biocompatibility,but its wear resistance is poor,which limits its use under friction conditions. In this paper,the effects of laser power,scanning speed and defocus on the depth and morphology of femtosecond laser ablation on the surface of titanium aluminum alloy( TC4) were investigated by femtosecond laser pulse ablation. The two-dimensional periodic structure was fabricated on the surface of Ti-Al alloy. Using micro-hardness meter to test cross section hardness,the friction resistance of the sample surface was tested by UMT-2 multifunctional micro friction and wear tester. The results show that the surface hardness and friction coefficient of titanium alloy are increased about 65% and 4 times respectively.
