摘要
再生剂和废旧沥青路面材料(RAP)掺量是影响再生沥青混合料性能的关键因素.基于沥青混合料性能指标,通过实验设计确定废机油再生剂的最佳用量.采用Superpave沥青混合料设计方法对新拌沥青混合料、掺加40%RAP热再生沥青混合料、掺加40%RAP及掺废机油再生剂热再生沥青混合料的综合性能进行实验研究.分析表明:废机油再生剂的加入使旧沥青路面材料中老化沥青的粘弹性得到恢复,水敏感性降低;以废机油为主的再生剂能够实现RAP材料部分性能的再生,还可以使其保持较好的高温稳定性,对高旧料含量再生沥青混合料的低温抗裂性也有一定的提升.
Rejuvenator and reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) content are key factors which effect recy- cling hot mix asphalt performances. Based on binder performance grading indexes, optimum content of waste oil rejuvenator has been determined through experimental tests. In order to evaluate effect of rejuvenator on high content RAP hot recycling asphalt performances, this paper uses Superpave asphalt design method for fresh hot-mix asphalt mixture, 50% RAP hot recycling asphalt mixture and 50% RAP(waste oil rejuvenator) hot recycling asphalt mixture. Test results show that the waste oil rejuvenator can restore aged asphalt adhesion performance, which modifies water stability and it can partly soften aged asphalt in RAP; but recycling hot mix asphalt is still higher stiffness modulus and better high temperature stability than that of new asphalt mixture, and better low temperature stability.
