摘要
针对工序质量统计分析实验及相关专业理论内容的特点,引入了一体化教学法,将理论教学内容与实践教学内容的讲授及操作结合在了一起,促进了《机械制造工艺学》课程实验与理论内容教学的衔接。利用数字化测量与控制技术,以教学场所一体化、授课教师与实验师一体化、理论讲授与实践操作一体化为手段,在工序质量统计分析实验一体化教学过程中实现了"教中做,做中教;学中做,做中学",提升了《机械制造工艺学》课程中加工误差统计分析部分内容的教学效果。
According to characteristics of procedure quality statistical analysis experiment,integrated teaching method in teaching of experiment and studied to combine theory teaching of experiment with its practice teaching was introduced,which would promote connection between theory of mechanical manufacturing technology and its corresponding experiments.With help of digital measurement and control technology,integrated teaching model of "doing by teaching,teaching by doing,doing by learning,learning by doing"was obtained by integrating classroom and laboratory、experiment teacher and professional teacher、theory teaching and practice teaching.As a result,teaching effectiveness of statistical analytical methods of mechanical process would be improved.
