摘要
目的:建立采用GC法测定小儿感冒颗粒中薄荷脑含量的方法,以评价小儿感冒颗粒的质量。方法:色谱条件为毛细管柱PEG-20M (30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm);柱温为110℃;进样口温度为250℃;氮气压为40 kPa;氢气流速为40 m L/min;空气流速为450 mL/min;检测器温度为250℃。结果:薄荷脑质量浓度在0.027 4~0.438 1 mg/mL范围内与峰面积/内标面积之间呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.77%,RSD为1.80%,测得小儿感冒颗粒中薄荷脑含量为0.82 mg/g。结论:该法操作简便、快速、重现性好,可作为小儿感冒颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a determination method of menthol in Xiaoerganmao granules by GC, and to evaluate the quality of Xiaoerganmao granules. Methods: The chromatogram condition was size of the capillary vessel column(PEG-20 M, 30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm). The column temperature was 110℃. The temperature of the entrance of the capillary vessel column was 250 ℃. The temperature of the detector was 250℃. Nitrogen pressure was 40 kPa: Hy- drogen flow rate was 40 mL/min. Air velocity was 450 mL/min. Results: There is linear relationship between the men- thol and the peak area were from 0.027 4 mg/mL to 0.4381 mg/mL. The average return ratio was 99.77%, RSD was 1.80%. The menthol content in Xiaoerganmao granules was 0.82 mg/g. Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid and re-producible, and can be used for quality control of Xiaoerganmao granules.
