复合活性氧化锌在全钢子午线轮胎中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 研究复合活性氧化锌等量替代普通氧化锌在全钢子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明:混炼胶的焦烧时间延长,加工安全性能提高,硫化速度加快,生产效率提高;硫化胶的密度、压缩生热降低,屈挠性能提高,炭黑分散效果明显;成品轮胎的生产成本降低。 The application of compound active zinc oxide to equivalently replace ordinary zinc oxide in the compounds of all-steel radial tire was investigated. The results showed that,the scorch time of the compound was prolonged,the processing safety was improved,the curing speed was accelerated,and the production efficiency was improved. The density and compression heat build-up of the vulcanizate were reduced,the flex performance and the dispersion of carbon black were improved. The production cost of finished tire was reduced.
