摘要
对抗切割型矿用轮胎胎面胶的配方进行优化设计。结果表明:通过调整配方中炭黑的品种和用量以及活化和硫化体系,优化后胶料的硫化速度略快,硫化胶的拉伸强度、耐磨和抗切割性能与原配方胶料相当,压缩生热降低;成品轮胎的耐久性能提高,材料成本降低。
The tread compound for cut-resistant mining tire was optimized. The results showed that,by adjusting the type and addition level of carbon black as well as the activating and curing systems in the formula,the curing speed of the compound was slightly faster,the tensile strength,wear resistance and cut resistance of the vulcanizate changed little,and compression heat build-up decreased. The endurance performance of the finished tire was improved,and the material cost was reduced.
