大脑中动脉闭塞患者血管高信号征对急性缺血性卒中体积的预测研究 被引量:13

Prediction research of cerebral infarction volume in acute ischemic stroke patients with middle cerebral artery occlusion by hyperintense vessel sign on FLAIR MRI

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振液体衰减反转恢复成像序列(FLAIR)高信号血管征(HVS)对大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)引起急性缺血性卒中(AIS)梗死区体积大小的预测研究。材料与方法:44例MCAO的AIS患者,根据是否有无HVS组,分为HVS组(n=35)和无HVS组(n=9)。比较有、无HVS两组患者DWI上所示梗死体积大小是否有差异。结果:44例MCAO的AIS患者中,HVS组梗死体积为(24.02±42.42) cm3;无HVS组梗死体积为(132.87±87.01) cm3,两组通过Mann-Whitney U检验(U=22,Z=-3.943,P=0.000<0.05),两组梗死体积差异有统计学意义。结论:MCAO的AIS患者,近端HVS的出现代表血管狭窄和闭塞及血栓形成,远端HVS的出现代表梗死区周围侧支循环的建立,与AIS梗死体积有一定相关性,有助于预测AIS患者的预后。
