摘要
受控机械系统PID控制器设计是极其复杂和重要的难点问题,应用空间模型理论研究这一问题是一个有效的新方法。基于空间模型理论,建立了PID控制器的控制空间模型。针对两种典型受控机械系统,在控制空间内绘制系统频域性能指标等值线,进而得到系统的频域性能图谱,建立了PID控制器参数与系统频域性能指标间的一一对应关系。为基于性能指标设计PID控制器提供了一个实用而有效的新方法。
Design of PID controller of the controlled mechanical system is a very complex and important issue. The theory of the physical mode of the solution space is adopted for the optimum design of the PID controller in this paper. The control space of the PID controller is established based on the theory. The frequency domain performance indexes of two typical controlled mechanical systems are plotted in the control space, and the performance index atlases in frequency domain are obtained, and the relationship between the parameters of the PID controller and the performance indexes in frequency domain of the controlled mechanical systems are established. It is an effective and practical new method for the optimum design of the PID controller based on the performance evaluation indexes.
